At HikeWear, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, promotions, holidays or high order volumes, processing may take a little longer.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, HikeWear may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions may be subject to specific conditions, such as a minimum order value or selected countries only.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email.

If your tracking information has not updated immediately, please allow a few business days. Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

HikeWear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

HikeWear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs, unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

HikeWear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping costs may apply.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
